Beware of Power Lines.

As one of Belen’s and Albuquerque’s experts at installing and repairing power poles we want you to always have a healthy respect for power lines.  If you encounter a downed line and think you can tackle it…you will lose!  These are potentially dangerous moments that may define the rest of your life.

Here are some tips if a power line falls on your car –

1.  Stay inside of your car if at all possible.  In this cell phone era it is a lot easier.

2.  Don’t touch anything on the inside of your car.

3.  Reach for that aforementioned cell phone and call 911.

4.  Warn people outside NOT to touch your car.

5.  Do exactly what the arriving officer tells you to do.
