Converting an A/C System from R-22 to R-410A.

It sounds futuristic if you are not familiar with the process.  It is definitely NOT a DIY job!  Imagine having a diesel engine and wanting to convert it to a gasoline engine.  As it pertains to HVAC systems, the conversion requires replacing the R-22 compressor, evaporator and condenser with units designed to run with R-410A.

Some HVAC professionals in the Albuquerque area may do more than is needed.  For example, knowing exactly when the copper lines connecting the components must be replaced, but it may be possible to clean, flush and dry the lines if they can handle the higher pressures of R-410A.  If you can save money in the process, you’ll be grateful for the honesty!

For years in Belen and surrounding ABQ, business and home owners alike have counted on the honesty and expertise of Justin Day of Daylight Electric and Appliance.  The conversion from R-22 to R-410A is a must, and just as important is having it done right once and for all the first time.  Give Justin a call today at (505) 864-3980.
