Here are some steps to follow –

1.  Obtain the necessary permits for setting up your home

2.  Build footers for the foundation to make sure they are in place

3.  Secure the mobile home with hydraulic jacks

4.  Lower the home from the jacks onto the piers

5.  Install electrical, gas, water, and sewer lines

What does that mean?  Well, as it pertains to RV’s and your driveway you CAN in many cases live in there without actually living in your Albuquerque area home.  Did you know that?  First things first, we are not advocating that you live in your RV for and extended period, but maybe these upcoming moderate weather months make it more practical.
